Today is a special day for two reasons! Today, our baby is three months old, and it's Drew's first Father's day! What's our girl up to theses days:
- she's weighing 13 lbs. 11 oz. (we know that after an unexpected doctor visit last Thursday, I'll explain later)
- everyone loves to comment on her rolls (she's got plenty of them)
- she loves sitting in her jumper
- she loves pooping in her jumper (probably why she likes to sit in it, huh)
- she's not eating overnight as frequently (still waking occasionally, but usually we can get her to fall back asleep)
- she is full of smiles (we can get a ton out of her after she eats...she's so happy)
- she's had her first (I hope of not many) bouts of pink eye
- she is sitting in the bumbo, and loving it
- her favorite noise to make is "agooooo", she'll go on and on with them, it's the most adorable sound in the world!
- she is in 3-6 month clothing (putting away the newborn and 0-3 was so sad!)
- she follows you around the room
Just to name a few things ;)
Today we celebrated Father's Day with Drew and his family. Unfortunately my dad had to work today, so we couldn't celebrate with all the fathers in our lives, but it was a great day. Kerrington and I made a stepping stone with her footprints in it, and bought him a massage. We're sure he'll love getting that massage! Also, today was special because it was Kerrington's debut onstage with her daddy! Drew sang "Find Your Wings" while holding his baby girl this morning. It was beautiful. I'm so blessed to have Drew as a daddy to Kerrington, he is so loving and caring toward her.
Happy 3 months Kerrington and Happy 1st Father's Day Drew! Love you both with all my heart.
