31 Weeks

 

How Far Along: 31 Weeks (I'm doing a bad job of snaping pictures of this belly...I'm vowing here and now to take a zillion pictures of this lil guy when he gets here! Although, it'll be easier to take pictures of him rather than get pictures taken of me!)

Size Of Baby: He weighs 3 1/3 pounds and the size of a coconut per Baby Center. Our Keaton on the other hand, based on the jabs and kicks he delivers, is MUCH more!

Total Weight Gain/Loss: At my last visit I was told I've only gained 12 lbs.. Now, I must say, I don't think this is accurate, buuuuut I'll take it.

Maternity Clothes: Oh yes! I love dresses and skirts this time around, although, I've been sweating like crazy (TMI?), and that ain't comfy!

Best Moment This Week: The pats, kisses, and lil 'Hi Keaton's that I've been receiving from big sister and brother. It's so sweet to experience a new baby with a sibling that is actually 'getting' it this time around. It's fun to experience this pregnancy through her eyes
Gender: It's a BOY! We're keepin our one and only lil princess, and Kellan gets a lil brother to pick on (I mean love on)!

Movement: Oh yes. This guy is strong! The lil jabs and kicks have turned in to big ones...and he likes to stretch out and get his lil feet up in my ribs. Ouch!

Food Craving: Well, I've been craving things to drink other than water....and I've got to have something sweet every night before bed. By the time this pregnancy is over...I'll probably have consumed about 12 gallons of ice cream.

What I Miss: Life without heartburn. It's killer!

Sleep: Tossing and turning more, and I've been waking up recently sore. I had a moment the other day when it hit me that soon, very soon, the sleepless nights will be here. I can't wait.

What I Am Looking Forward To: We're starting to get the nursery together and registering...it's becoming more real, and we're within 2 months of his arrival.

Belly Button: Innie is becoming an outie.
Symptoms: Heart burn. This guy is going to have a mullet when he comes out I think!
