This most recent pic is right before I'm heading off to work at Children's. Lately people have been asking me if I am still working or if I have cut back at all. Right now, Lord willing, I'm okay to still be working full time. I am so thankful that I am able to do this. That way, I can take all the time off for after the baby is here. By the way....about 7 weeks away! Holy cow! I am starting to get more excited and a little less nervous as I picture holding our lil one in my arms.
We had a doctors appointment this past Monday with Dr. Ruchhoft. Everything went well. When she was listening to the heart beat she told us that her guess was a boy because the heartbeat was at 127bpm. With that, Drew was estatic! Once she left the room he said, "Did she just tell us we're having a boy?" with a HUGE smile on his face. He's having more and more trouble as the time gets closer not knowing the sex of our baby. I just can't wait, I know that in 7 weeks (again, Lord willing, and not longer) we'll get the suprise of our lives when we get to hold him or her in our arms!!!
We also just purchased (with the help of a Christmas gift card thanks to Gigi) a video camera. We're hoping to capture the birth (not graphically) and all the fun, little moments after on it. Things are gearing up...
