Monday was our 2 year Wedding Anniversary! In no way did I think that we would be celebrating our anniversary living in Georgia! Wow! What an incredible year we've had though! Last time this year we were celebrating our 1st anniversary knowing that we had a little baby growing inside of me. This year, we had our sweet angel to celebrate with us! Drew and I knew that we wanted to start a family sooner rather than later, and God did bless us sooner! We fortunately got pregnant 1 month out of not preventing! We are so grateful and thankful for His blessing us with Kerrington, she's changed our life and made our marriage so much sweeter.
When Kerrington was about 3 months old we were presented with the opportunity to move our family to Georgia for Drew to start a new position here. That was a major challenge for us! We dealt with new things and God challenged Drew and I in different ways. This decision to move and the process getting down here has made our marriage stronger. We had to lean on each other in ways we never did before.
I can't wait to see how God will challenge us and use us in this next year of marriage. I am more in love with Drew today then the day I married him, but not as much as tomorrow!
Monday we had the opportunity to drive up to Hilton Head and spend the day there. We took Kerrington to the beach for the first time and let her experience the sand and water. Afterward, we got some lunch, walked around the outlet malls for awhile then traveled back to Savannah. We got cleaned up and headed to downtown Savannah for dinner. We didn't know quite were to go so the first place we stumbled on was a restaurant called The Old Pink House. It was amazing! The food was delicious!
We had a great day together...here's some pics of our day:
