Happy 11 Months Sis!

Today marks Kerrington's 11 month birthday! We're just one month away from the big 1! She continues to make us smile and laugh every day...bringing us joy and excitement. Here are the some of the pictures I snapped of her today, and I thought that it was hard to get pictures of her at 6 months!

What's going on with Kerrington these days:

• She has 7 teeth...4 on top, and 3 on the bottom. It looks like there are more on the bottom that are coming in soon!
• She's very independent with eating...likes to eat her own food. Although she has become somewhat of a picky eater too, we've had to teach her not to take food out of her mouth and throw it over the side to Ollie!
• Still breastfeeding. I think I'll start to wean at a year. I'm so happy and feel so blessed to have been able to breastfeed this long.
• She's in size 9-12 month clothing. Size 4 diapers.
• Last Dr's appointment had her at 20lbs, 4 oz.
• As you can see in the picture above, she loves to give kisses. If you ask her to give you a kiss she opens wide and heads right toward your mouth! She often will give multiple kisses.
• She's been pulling her self up and walking along furniture for a while now...if you've been following my posts, she took a couple of steps on her own the other day, but hasn't really done too much since then, she's figured out that she can put her hands out in front of her and get to the ground!
• She got her 2nd ear infection this month. Woke up one night with a fever of 103.5! We just finished that round of antibiotics and praying that we won't have to do it again!
• She's saying "momma" and "aaayyyeee" which translates into Ollie! Pretty much everything else is babbles.
• I'm delighted to say that she has had more that one night in the past couple of weeks where she has slept in her bed ALL NIGHT LONG!!! It was amazing, and I wasn't sure what to do with all the energy I had the next day! We're hoping that this will become consistent.
• Her hair is getting thicker and longer! It's a light brown color, I'm loving being able to throw it up in a pony tail every chance I get.
• She's a clown...getting into imitation big time. It's hilarious!

Well, I'm sure there is much more...I probably could go on and on! We're looking forward to celebrating her 1 year birthday on March 2oth. The plans have begun...we can't wait. Things are going to get interesting around here soon, I'm going to be watching a freinds baby 2 days a week. She just turned 1 year old at the beginning on February. Can't wait!
