Last Saturday (I know...just getting around to blogging about it...eeeekkk!) we went with my family to The Greatest Show On Earth! It really was so much fun! I think I enjoyed it so much because I got to see it through the eyes of our baby girl! She really had a lot of fun and talked about the lions (roooarrrr) and the elephants (oooooo!) the next morning when she woke up!
We met at Mellow Mushroom for some pre-show pizza...yummy! Then headed over to the civic center. We went to the evening show and of course it was packed! They had a pre-show starting at 6:00pm so we got there in enough time to take it all in! The show consisted of many acts, including magic, tight rope, tumblers, dogs, elephants, lions, motorcycles, clowns, and birds to name a few.
Kerrington was a trooper through it all and stuck it out. Not surprised here. This girl would keep going if we let her, I really wonder how long she would stay up if we let her before crashing! She even stayed up for the car ride home!
It was a great time, I can't wait til they're back in town and we can go again with Kerrington, maybe next time they're here Kellan will be old enough to get excited about it too!
Here are some pics of the show:

K and her daddy getting a lil pre-show action in down by THE circus ring!

They brought out one of the elephants and she made a foot print with paint!

And of course daddy HAD to get her some Cotton Candy (that came with a complimentary hat, for the cheap price of $10!!!). Just in case you were wondering it was taken away from her soon after she got back to her seat, we didn't let her eat it all...

Kellan enjoyed the show for a lil while!

Mesmerized! (notice the tattoo on her hand!)

Elephants (or in Kerrington's words... '000000!' with a lil arm movement for the elephant's nose)

My favorite, the tumblers!

Zing, Zang, Zoom! This guy was awesome!
