So, Monday evening, they dropped off their two kids, Cameron (2 1/2) and Sutton (8 months). Tuesday morning, I braved a MOPs play date and headed out with all four kids to the park. It was pretty successful...until the very end and we were heading in to meltdown city. The rest of the day was spent refereeing Cam and Kerrington because once one of them put a finger on a toy it became the most desired toy in the house!
Tuesday evening we had spaghetti and boy was it a hit! Both the kids devoured theirs! Sutton and Kellan enjoyed their evening meals as well. The babes were a breeze compared to the the double dose of 'terrible two's running around the house!
We had an uneventful Wednesday morning and afternoon until Matt and Michelle returned. It was a good, but busy couple of days! It wasn't until that evening when it was back to just my own two children did I realize how good I had it. I told Drew that I thought it was tough getting around with just Kerrington and Kellan! That's nothing compared to the two sets of twins I just cared for! Drew was such a great help as well. He made sure he didn't leave the house in the morning until most everything was under control. I'm so thankful to have such a caring husband!
