Preschool Orientation....what?! I can't believe I'm even typing this! Our baby, our little girl, just had preschool orientation.
To get to this night was so amazing for our family. We desired for Kerrington to get to go to preschool at church since the beginning of this year. We weren't sure if it would be possible, but trusted that if it was God's will, it would work out. We are so blessed to have the opportunity to send her to school this year. Our God is good!
We have been 'talking' up school to Kerrington for awhile now, hoping it would ease any anxiousness she might have had. Thankfully, the school is where she goes to 'class' on the weekends, and she is very familiar with her settings. Tonight, before we left for orientation, I was telling Kerrington that we were going to go see her teacher. She has been telling us (whenever we talk about school) that she would go 'when she was bigger'. She said to me tonight after I told her we were going to see her teacher, ' but I'm not big yet!'. I could tell she was getting a little anxious. Thankfully, she did GREAT! She met her teacher, Mrs. Opal and teachers assistant, Mrs. Deeanna and walked right in her classroom! No tears, to looking back! I was so thankful!
I'm so incredibly blessed and so excited for Kerrington!

Bryson and K. We were hoping they'd be in the same class...no such luck, but we were happy to see them there!

Such a special night!
