I think it's safe to say that we're done breastfeeding! When Kerrington was born, my goal was to nurse for 1 year. We made it approximately 12 months and two weeks. I thought that the last nurse would be memorable, I would know it was the last...but I didn't, and I'm okay with that! Since K turned 1, we were just nursing about 2 times in a 24 hour period. I believe it was last week sometime that was the last nurse, but I don't remember!

I am more than grateful we made it to a year and didn't have to use formula! I loved the bond that it gave me and my girl, and LOVED the $$ it saved on our wallets! It definitely was a blessing and I thank the Lord that I had such a successful time with it.

I would say I'm a pretty strong advocate of it. If you can do it, do it! If you have trouble, seek help! There are so many resources out there! La Leche League is a great website : http://www.llli.org/
