Easter Weekend

Our Easter weekend started out on Good Friday. Our church had an incredible service remembering the death of Jesus. It was such an important time where we were able to grieve the death of our Savior. After the service I was really able to process and then begin to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus.

Saturday and Sunday our church had Easter services and we were a part of them. Drew of course helped with the choir on Saturday night and lead on Sunday, and Kerrington and I helped in the nursery. Sunday we attended church and celebrated or RISEN Christ. After church Kerrington napped, then when she woke up we had a mini egg hunt in our living room, opened baskets, and dyed eggs. It was a fun day.

Easter was so meaningful this year to me. I don't think I had ever processed the death of Jesus like I did this year before celebrating his Resurrection. I am so thankful for what He did for me...
